FCC Makes Path for Employees to Participate as Hams During Exercises

The FCC has published a statement on amateur radio operators transmitting during drills or exercises in which their employers are participating.

You can read it for yourselves, but in short it says that employers may now request a waiver to allow employees to participate in drills and exercises.
